Passionate about creating impactful experiences through technology, she is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of game development.

Andre Faure
Andre Faure is a veteran of the games industry with 27 years of experience leading complex global projects, from game development and global management to launching 100 titles across all platforms. He is a former executive at XBOX, Ziff Davis Media, Tectoy/SEGA, Aeria Games/GAMIGO, and Gamehouse. Currently, Andre is the Founder and CEO of Gameplan Studio, an internationally recognized work-for-hire and co-development studio that has been serving studios and publishers worldwide for the past 10 years.

Andre is a talent strategist specializing in games, gamification, and tech recruitment and the founder of MakersForge, a startup dedicated to helping founders raise capital, hire talent, and connect through community. He is also the creator and community manager of the MakersForge Founders Network, an online community for game founders, where he supports member studios in securing capital and provides a wide range of outsourcing partners to help build their projects.

Athena Peters is a creative leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years in the gaming industry, having worked on many of the hottest titles for some of the most profitable studios. She is committed to building inclusive, dynamic teams that deliver profitable and unique products in a crowded sector. Athena is the CEO and co-founder of the indie startup Rainbow Unicorn Games, PBC; immersive theatre company Incantrix Productions; and Adventure Pub—a now-closed board game pub.

Catherine Litvaitis
Catherine is an experienced community manager in the games industry, having worked on indie hits like Bear and Breakfast and In Stars and Time. For over six years, she has built healthy, engaged, and intentionally inclusive communities across PC, console, and mobile. A seasoned public speaker, she has presented at events like GDC and PAX. She also co-runs the only Neopets guild for game developers.

Chase Bethea
Chase Bethea is a professional multi-award-winning video game composer known in the industry as the “Swiss army knife of video game composition.” With over a decade of experience, Chase has crafted memorable music that enhances the player’s experience across a diverse range of games. His work, celebrated for its unique fusion of orchestral, electronic, and world music elements, has been performed by ensembles like the Helix Collective and orchestras worldwide.

Christian Fonnesbech
Christian Fonnesbech is Head of IP at Leverage, where he partners with game companies to develop lasting franchises and brands. His recent clients include Bandai Namco, Supermassive, Raw Fury, and Funcom. With a focus on transforming artistic and strategic foundations into global properties, he leads a team dedicated to building enduring IPs. Before founding Leverage, Christian was Head of IP Development at Nordisk Games.

Claire Rozain
With over 10 years of experience in the mobile apps and gaming industry, Claire has scaled 30+ games and apps, working with top brands like Match Group, Rovio, and Gameloft. Through Rzain Consulting, she specializes in creative strategy, UA, ASO, growth, and go-to-market consulting, always with a growth hacker mindset. Independent and self-employed, Claire is passionate about driving innovation and success in gaming while also developing her own indie games in Africa with Youthwave Games.

Daniel Lyozov
Daniel Lyozov has over seven years of experience in the games and publishing industry. He is the Head of Business Development and Scouting at indie publisher CRITICAL REFLEX. His areas of expertise include game funding, contract negotiation, and portfolio strategy.

Passionate about empowering teams and fostering collaboration, he specializes in co-development, porting, indie marketing strategies, and entrepreneurship. Domiziana Suprani
Domiziana is a producer with a background in computer science and more than a decade of experience in the video game industry. She currently works for Studio Evil where she manages both gaming and B2B projects, actively contributing to their design. Her track record as a producer includes titles such as Dice of Arcana, Retro Gadgets, Super Cane Magic ZERO and Syder Reloaded.

Erik Steiner
Erik Steiner is a Ph.D. student at York University, researching how copyright and open licenses influence creativity and entrepreneurship in gaming. With a background in data analytics and consumer behavior, he has three years of research experience and six years in the creative industries, including music and gaming, with a focus on youth and nonprofit initiatives.

Erika Mariko Olsen (they/she) is a Senior Producer who has been working in the games industry since 2013. They have held roles at Xbox Game Studios Publishing, Humble Games, Google’s Stadia Games & Entertainment, and Riot Games, contributing across recruiting, business operations, information security, and merchandising.
In their spare time, Erika is an active advocate, mentor, and community member within the broader gaming industry.

With six years in marketing and community-facing roles, she is passionate about supporting early-stage companies. She specializes in building sustainable and altruistic communities using psychological frameworks and academic research. Seeing games as an art form, she strives to create space for developers to connect with their audience while maintaining artistic integrity. She advocates for financial success through mindful community practices, ensuring that both support—rather than diminish—one another.

Haetham Alhaddad is a seasoned IT professional, game director, and educator with nearly a decade of experience in IT infrastructure, software development, and game production. Starting in IT support and advancing to management, he later pursued his passion for game development, leading projects across PC, mobile, and console platforms.

Joanie Kraut is Women in Games International's CEO (WIGI) and also operates as a financial advisor and fractional CFO. In her role as CEO, she leads WIGI's mission to support and advance diversity in the gaming industry through advocacy, mentorship, and strategic initiatives. Joanie is a seasoned speaker and guest lecturer, offering insights on optimizing data for financial analysis, the impact of automation and machine learning on financial processes, and advancing women in leadership. Julian Migura turned his passion for video games into a professional career in 2006 and has since founded and led several successful ventures. He launched madmoo.com, a browser games portal with over 4 million users, and built BoaCompra, a leading gaming payments platform. He played a key role in bringing Steam, EA Origin, and League of Legends to Latin America and later helped transform Tencent’s Level Up from a regional MMO publisher into a digital distribution leader, securing partnerships with Sony PlayStation and Microsoft Xbox. Most recently, he co-founded VaultN, an innovative distribution platform trusted by major companies such as Bethesda, Funcom, and Team17.

Łukasz Hacura is the CEO and Head of Studio at Anshar Studios, a premium PC and console game development studio founded in 2012 in Poland. An experienced manager, he has led development teams ranging from a few to over 100 people. Skilled in production management, programming, business development, and game design, he is a passionate game developer with deep industry knowledge, having worked in gaming since 2006.

Max is the co-founder of 1Up Capital, Germany's first user acquisition fund. 1Up finances growth activities of gaming studios and publishers. Before founding 1Up Capital, Max launched and scaled two ad-tech companies across five countries, working primarily with gaming publishers. He also played a key role in building several ventures at Rocket Internet. Max holds a degree in Finance from the University of St. Andrews.

He represents the Dutch industry on national topics such as loot box regulation and the evaluation of the Dutch Copyright Act.
