Jason Della Rocca is a game business consultant, investor, funding advisor, and ecosystem strategist. He currently spends the bulk of his time advising game studio founders on funding and product strategy, as well as advising governments around the world on how to better grow and support the success of their regional game development ecosystems. As the co-founder of Execution Labs, he was a hands-on early-stage investor in 25 independent game studios from North America and Europe.

Max Seeburg

Founder & Managing Partner at 1Up Capital

Max is the co-founder of 1Up Capital, Germany's first user acquisition fund, which finances growth activities for gaming studios and publishers. Before founding 1Up Capital, he launched and scaled two ad-tech companies across five countries, working primarily with gaming publishers. He also played a key role in building several ventures at Rocket Internet. Max holds a degree in Finance from the University of St Andrews.

René Otto is widely regarded as one of Europe’s leading video game lawyers, serving as a trusted legal advisor to over 250 developers, publishers, and industry companies. He is a frequent speaker at international events and a guest lecturer at Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas). He represents the Dutch industry on national topics such as loot box regulation and the evaluation of the Dutch Copyright Act. René is also a board member of Breda Game City and an ambassador for Women in Games.
